Air Struts Replacement for BMW F01 F02 - 7 Series 740Li, 750Li, 760Li 2009-2014.   Professional installation is recommended, pay attention to gasket stitching, otherwise it will leak air.
Air Suspension Strut, sometimes it is also called an Air Spring, Air Shock, Bellows or Shock Absorber.   A conventional strut uses a steel coil spring, but an air strut employs an air spring bag or a bellow.   This makes the ride more comfortable and gives the driver more control of the ride height.
The shock absorber is mainly used to suppress the shock when the spring rebounds after shock absorption and the impact from the road surface.   When passing through uneven road, although the shock-absorbing spring can filter the vibration of the road, the spring itself will reciprocate, and the shock absorber is used to suppress this spring jump.
When to Replace Your Shocks and Struts: 1.  Leaking hydraulic fluid 2.  Bounceing excessively when driving 3.  Poor steering response.   4.  Unstable Braking performance 5.  Swaying or leaning when the car is turning and changing lanes.
