A whole junk drawer of tiny childhood nonsense survived, and frankly that deserves respect.
This is a mixed vintage lot of colorful novelty jewelry, toy necklaces, plastic rings, whistles, charms and other wearable prize-type pieces. The assortment has the look of old vending-machine prizes, dime-store toys, carnival jewelry and inexpensive novelty accessories from roughly the 1970s through 1990s.
The lot includes some especially fun pieces: a Life Savers novelty whistle/pendant, pencil-shaped “INK” pendant, yellow surfboard with black footprint, miniature vehicle necklaces, plastic character/design rings, bear-head pendant and other wonderfully strange bits.
These are not being represented as fine jewelry. Materials appear primarily plastic with assorted cords and mixed hardware.
Sold only as the complete lot shown. Great for a vintage toy collector, retro jewelry collector, prop/styling stash, nostalgia display, craft assemblage or someone who remembers when twenty-five cents and a vending machine could apparently buy an entire personality.
Please inspect all photographs closely because the photos are part of the description and show the exact pieces included.
Apparently childhood once involved putting a tiny pencil, whistle, surfboard, clown and bear around your neck and just going about your day like that was perfectly normal.
