This postcard was published by Raphael Tuck. It depicts a Canadian Pacific Railway train. The artist is credited as S. EA. Card no. 3593, part of "The World's Fliers" series. Postally used and dated 20th June 1938.
The card is in a good condition overall. Rubs at corners, small creases and a little surface paper lifting at bottom corners, tiny bits of surface paper loss at top corners, edge rubs, small scratch at top of card, the odd tiny bump and surface paper chip to edges, the odd tiny mark to card, a little light grubbiness / browning and some tiny marks to reverse of card.
Please check scans carefully as they help with condition too.
Please note surface mail or first class inland mail options are always available, please ask for a quote.
Overseas postage - please note I only charge what it costs me to send the item. I do pack my cards well to withstand a long journey and to try and ensure that they are well protected against damage and weather, this means that the package does not fit through the 5mm letter slot and is sent as a small parcel. I can however send many postcards for the same cost as one.
I try to be accurate with my descriptions but if you have any questions please contact me. Take a look at my other auctions and ebay shop items for more collectable items.
Please note that because of packaging laws in Germany and France requiring businesses to pay a subscription, I do not currently send items to these countries. If you are based in Germany or France please do not purchase unless you have an address outside those countries to which the item can be sent.
