We ship our products worldwide using DHL services. Every order is carefully packed to help ensure safe international delivery. Please note that if your shipping address is classified as a DHL remote area, an additional $35 remote-area delivery charge will apply. If an extra remote-area charge is required, we will contact you before dispatching the order.
Returns are rare because we carefully inspect our products before shipping. However, if a return is necessary, the customer must ship the product back to us at their own expense. Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, a full refund will be issued.
We offer a 14-day return policy. If you wish to return the product within 14 days of receiving it, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the returned product is received by us, a full refund will be provided according to our return conditions.
