- Usually your order will be shipped within 1-2 working days after payment.
- We have multiple warehouse in Australia, item may ship from Melbourne/Victoria or others, please kindly understand.
- In normal, delivery time is 5-10 days, if overtime, please kindly contact us to check.
- Normally we ship the item via shipping method which you choose from the item page. But for some special case, because of peak season or other specified reasons, we may contact you for shipping method change.

For ATOTO car stereo products, the warranty period for products purchased from ATOTO online store or authorized ATOTO dealers is 365 days from the date of purchase (purchasing proofs like order number/transaction ID from the marketplace, invoice, purchasing receipt are required). For the optional accessories working with ATOTO car stereo products, the warranty period is 6months from the date of purchase.
