Information on the 4/14nm Geelong Oxford Grey - 1 Strand = 4 ply. Use 3.25mm knitting needles tension 4" x 4" (10cm x 10cm) - 26 Stitches x 29 Rows (Additional note knitting 2 strands together works as Aran on 5mm needles to produce 18 Stitches x 23 Rows per 10cm x 10cm

Also advice is to knit a small swatch and wash as the yarn tends to come with a little oil in it. This will help to gauge your project.
