Vintage photographic postcard titled “THE SLIP, SWANSEA.”

A superb historical view showing several Swansea tramcars together at The Slip, with crowds of passengers and pedestrians. The tramcars are particularly interesting, making this an excellent card for collectors of Swansea transport, tramways and local history.

The reverse is unused and is printed with “Published by Peacock's Bazaar, Swansea.”

The busy scene provides lots of period detail, including the tramcars, passengers, buildings and clothing of the time.

Condition: Used vintage postcard with age-related wear, marks, toning and creasing. There is noticeable surface wear to the picture side. Please study the photographs carefully as they form part of the description.
