This listing is for an Alumina faience Danish pottery vase:  brilliant yellow flowers on dark blue background.  It measures 6 1/2" H.  There is crazing and 2 small nicks on the top rim of the vase.  It is marked with Alumina stamp 401/449.

The faience vases are more durable than ceramic and the colors are more brilliant.  The clay used in the making of these are burned at a high temperature which is why they are more durable.
