Strigol (Macrogol) for Constipation 

Strigol Plain is a gentle and effective treatment for constipation, containing macrogol (polyethylene glycol), an osmotic laxative that works by drawing water into the bowel to soften stools and make them easier to pass. It is commonly used for occasional constipation as well as more persistent cases, helping to restore comfortable and regular bowel movements.

How to Use:

• Dissolve the contents of one sachet in approximately 125 ml (half a glass) of water

• Stir well until the powder is fully dissolved

• Drink the solution immediately after preparation

Dosage:

• Adults and children over 12 years: Usually 1–3 sachets daily, depending on severity

• For chronic constipation, follow advice from a healthcare professional

• Do not exceed the recommended dose unless advised by a doctor
