Error (see red arrow on the 2nd image) is major date of issue 1975, the correct date of issue is 1976 (as on the stamp in both cases) while they were signed to edition both in Nov,13 1975.
Both stationeries are fine and unused. Stationery without error is brighter colors.
Barque Krusenstern (alais Kruzenstern), a four-masted barque and tall ship, was built in 1926 at Geestemünde in Bremerhaven, Germany, under the name "Padua" (city in Italy). Given to the USSR in 1946 as war reparation prize and renamed after the early 19th century Baltic German explorer in Russian duty, Adam Johann (Ivan Feodorovich) Krusenstern (1770-1846). In Soviet times and still nowadays it is Russian Navy sail training ship.
