In pre-owned condition from a smoke free home. Clock needs three screws to be fully secure on the board.  DOES NOT INCLUDE KEY, SO UNSURE IF CLOCK WORKS. BAROMETER APPEARS TO BE WORKING BUT I AM NOT AN EXPERT.
