This is the 2A Hill Lane smial/hobbit hole from the mighty WETA Workshop.
It’s in perfect condition with no scuffing or damage of any sort and includes the South Farthing wagon, original box AND the original shipper too.
It’s been displayed inside a glass cabinet in a smoke free home.
