Very nice old tin litho noisemaker by US Metal Toy. Has a great depiction all around of witches, black cats and jack o lanterns with stars on top. Has wood handle. There are no balls or anything inside to make it clang. The discs seem 'loose' as when you ring it they clang and slide around together. I am assuming that is how it was originally made but I'm also not very familiar with noisemakers so cannot say for sure. Some overall wear from age but still displays great. Measures approximately 4 inches long.
