For sale is a beautiful vintage Japanese Nambu Ironware cast iron hanging flower vase shaped like a crescent moon, traditional for Ikebana (flower arranging).  The complete set includes the moon vase, two monkey hangers, and a pin-frog that fits perfectly inside the vase.

The vase is crafted from high-quality, traditional Japanese Nambu Ironware cast iron known for its beautiful texture and durability.  The front features relief of traditional Japanese lucky motifs: Pine, Bamboo, and Plum blossoms.  This set will add a touch of authentic Japanese mid-century aesthetic to your garden, entryway, or any room!

The vase, hangers and/or frog show light signs of age, mild surface rust, a small mark(s), nick(s), scuff(s), wear, dust, etc.  Please refer to the photographs to determine the overall condition and the quality of the iron work, relief, design, size, etc.

The hanging crescent moon vase is approx. 15cm (5 7/8") long excluding the top ring and 4.2cm (1 5/8") across the widest opening.  Each iron monkey hanger is approx. 15.5cm (6 1/8") long.  The total hanging length of the moon vase, 2 monkey hangers and frog set is approx. 44.5cm (17 1/2") and it weighs 780 grams.

Duties and Taxes Information

UNITED STATES BUYERS:  In accordance with eBay policy, all import duties and custom clearance fees have been included in the shipping price.  There are no import duties or custom clearance fees upon delivery.

EU BUYERS:  All items have a mandatory €3 customs duty that will be charged on all e-commerce packages sent from Japan.  This fee is applied per item.  However, you may still have to pay neccessary customs duties, and other related fees.

There are 3 methods of paying the fees.  They are Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP), Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) and Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).  We will ship packages by JAPAN POST but it uses DDU which is not accepted by some EU countries.  We will use SpeedPAK to EU countries such as Germany that demand PDDP or DDP.  SpeedPAK is a little more expensive.

EUROPE, AUSTRALIA, CANADA, ASIA, ETC.
