For sale is a Japanese 26cm (10 1/4") high by 17cm (6 11/16") long hand carved natural finish wood eleven-faced Kannon Buddha (Juichimen Kannon) bust statue in good displayable condition.  The top Buddha head is detachable.  The eleven-faced Kannon was handcrafted in Japan.

Each face on the crown is individually hand carved.  While the front faces display peaceful, finely detailed expressions, the back and sides showcase a simple, rough-hewn hand carved texture with visible chisel marks.  This raw finish highlights the traditional artisan spirit and the authentic texture of the wood.

The topmost Buddha head is designed to be removable, revealing the careful internal construction and adding depth to the statue.  The beautiful natural wood grain is left unpainted to fully appreciate the natural warmth, texture, and elegant grain of the solid wood.

Please note the back and hair sections feature a simple, rough hand carved finish which is an inherent part of its authentic handcrafted character.  There are some small and minor nicks, scuffs, marks, wear, dust, etc. which have little to no effect on the appearance of the eleven-faced Kannon Buddha bust statue.  Please refer to the photographs to determine the overall condition and the quality of the woodwork, design, size, etc.

Duties and Taxes Information

UNITED STATES BUYERS:  In accordance with eBay policy, all import duties and custom clearance fees have been included in the shipping price.  There are no import duties or custom clearance fees upon delivery.

EU BUYERS:  All items have a mandatory €3 customs duty that will be charged on all e-commerce packages sent from Japan.  This fee is applied per item.  However, you may still have to pay neccessary customs duties, and other related fees.

There are 3 methods of paying the fees.  They are Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP), Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) and Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).  We will ship packages by JAPAN POST but it uses DDU which is not accepted by some EU countries.  We will use SpeedPAK to EU countries such as Germany that demand PDDP or DDP.  SpeedPAK is a little more expensive.

EUROPE, AUSTRALIA, CANADA, ASIA, ETC.
