New, never fitted but there are a few scratches from storage: these stopped being made 10 years ago.
For 700c wheels. I have used this model with tyres from 20 to 28 mm wide without there being any reduction in effectiveness even in the heaviest rain.
All fittings are present and the full-length stainless steel stays should be sufficient for any bike: they will provide as much clearance as your frame and choice of tyre size allow.
They are unanodised and unvarnished and will polish up beautifully with a little initial effort, being easily maintained thereafter.
