   Typed on Senate official letterhead paper, which has a watermark image of the american eagle on most sheets if you hold them up to the light.

   Please examine the signature on this document carefully. It has a funny look to it. And while auto pens were not common in nineteen fifty, neither were they unheard of most signatures.You can tell by looking.This one has a strange look.
