Vintage 1970's Governor of Georgia, Jimmy Carter Signed Color Photo.  This card stock photo measures approx 8" x 10" & has the signature, "Jimmy Carter Governor of Georgia".  The signature looks hand signed, but cannot guarantee the authenticity as there is no COA.  The signature does have a bit of fading & was signed in a black felt tip pen.  Photo is in good condition, but does have a large wrinkle in the upper left hand corner.  Corners may have small bends to them.  The back of the photo has a bit of discoloration from age & storage.  Please note, this is not on photo paper & is made of a thicker card stock.  Please see photos for condition.
