Delivery times for automotive parts and spare parts are calculated from the moment the order leaves our warehouse. In some cases, our online sales staff may contact you to provide information or request clarification regarding the product: part reference, features, compatibility, OEM references…

ATTENTION:

The item is used and may show signs of wear. Please inspect the photos carefully.

Bodywork: All our body parts such as bumpers, fenders, doors, tailgates, hoods and trunk lids may show minor scratches, marks and imperfections typical of normal use. Painting the part may be necessary.

ECU Control Units: this is a sensitive electronic component and must be handled and programmed by qualified professionals using appropriate tools. Incorrect handling may render the ECU unusable, therefore we do not accept returns for this type of item. To consider a claim, we require reliable proof that the work was carried out in an official workshop with the necessary resources.

VERY IMPORTANT:

*At the time of delivery and in cases of external damage, check the condition of the packaging. If the package is damaged there are two options:

*Reject the package due to visible damage.

*Accept the delivery noting on the receipt signature "Damaged package" and immediately inspect the product to verify whether it has any damage. DO NOT THROW AWAY THE PACKAGING. It is required as evidence.

*In both cases, you must contact us within a maximum period of 24 hours.

DESGUACES VELÁZQUEZ will not be responsible for transport damage if the customer does not state on the carrier's delivery note that the package is damaged or does not follow the instructions above.

If the customer accepts the damaged package without noting it on the carrier's delivery note and does not inform us about the damage within 24 hours of delivery, it will be impossible for us to assume the cost of the damaged product and the customer will not be able to make a claim against DESGUACES VELÁZQUEZ.

The buyer is responsible for the payment of customs duties, customs fees, taxes and charges generated in the destination country.
