The provenance is particularly relevant to this piece because the original owner was directly involved in video game retail during the period in which promotional materials such as this were distributed.
The owner also led SEGA’s #1 Dreamcast launch store in North America on September 9, 1999 (9/9/99), providing firsthand experience in the retail launch environment of this era.

The original outer shrink-wrap remains intact around the promotional sleeve.
