Vintage 1977 black & white glossy photo of then Secretary of Defense, Harold Brown. Brown held office in 1977 - 1981 under the Jimmy Carter Presidency. The photo measures approx 10" x 8" & is in good condition & corners are still mostly sharp, but may have a small bends or scuffs. The back of the photo has been stamped "Official Photograph The White House Washington 21MA77 0731-09". Back of photo may have some discoloration from age & storage. Please see photos.
