This is an Antique Victorian Horn-Handle English Hallmarked Sterling Banded Cane.  Approx 36 1/2" in length.  Rare seldom seen horn handle!  Some use indentations to the sterling.  Fully marked (as shown).  See photos for details.  Being sold as shown and as found fresh from an central New York estate.  There is no reserve, and buyer will pay shipping.
