Mixed vintage Catholic devotional lot, acquired with a group of Catholic devotional items from a Lakewood, Ohio convent closing.

The lot includes:

• Red-cord Sacred Hearts / Passion of Our Lord devotional scapular, with worn paper image panels in clear plastic coverings (ribbon is also split in half. See photos.

• Silver-tone ten-bead rosary ring with crucifix

• Gold- and silver-tone round religious pendant depicting the Madonna and Child

• handmade Orange heart-bead devotional chaplet with a Holy Family medal

• Vintage Catholic religious pieces offered together as shown

The scapular’s panels read “Sacred hearts of Jesus and Mary protect us” and “Holy Passion of our Lord Jesus Christ save us.” The Sacred Hearts theme refers to Catholic devotions honoring the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

Condition:

Mixed vintage condition. The scapular has substantial age wear: yellowing, creasing, fraying/red-cord wear, surface cracking or distortion to the plastic coverings, worn image panels, and a split cord. The metal pieces show scratches, darkening, and finish wear. Please examine all photographs carefully; items are sold together as found.
