Vintage 1950s Duro Mold & Manufacturing Strato Bank XU 232 mechanical rocket coin bank.

A very cool piece of early Space Age history. This original metal bank features the iconic rocket ship and moon design. The rocket was designed to launch a coin toward the moon as part of the mechanical bank mechanism.

Marked “Duro” / XU 232 and made in the USA.

CONDITION:

This is an original vintage piece with significant age-related wear. It has extensive paint loss, surface oxidation/rust, scratches, and wear throughout. The original bank label is heavily worn/damaged but remains partially present. Please carefully examine all photos as they are part of the description.

Please note: This is a vintage collectible and is not in restored condition. It would make a great addition to a collection of vintage mechanical banks, Space Age toys, or advertising/bank memorabilia.
