Installation & Setup

Record your original total mileage before removing the old cluster.

Disconnect ACC and B+ to avoid short circuits.

Remove the original cluster and plug the connectors directly into the new unit.

Go to System Settings → Factory Settings, enter password 0168, set your total mileage and select your vehicle model.

For fuel gauge accuracy, calibrate via BC button or factory settings menu.

Fuel Tank Calibration (if needed)

If the fuel gauge reading is inaccurate:

Short press BC button, select Fuel Tank Calibration, long press BC to enter, select your correct fuel tank size, long press BC until SET OK appears.

Or go to System Settings → Fuel Tank Calibration and adjust left/right as needed.
