Return & Refund Policy

All eligible items can be returned within 30 days. Please read the rules before applying for returns.

Return Requirements

Items must stay in original condition.

Original packaging, accessories and manuals must be complete.

Missing parts, damaged packaging or heavy use will cause deduction or return rejection.

Non-defective Returns

Returns for personal reasons will incur restocking fees:

Opened & activated items: at least 30% deduction.

Scratches, missing parts, locks or damage: up to 50% deduction.

Electronics Pre-return Rules

All devices need factory reset, personal account removal, and no activation locks/passwords.

Important Notes

Incomplete returns are not eligible for full refunds.

Post-delivery damage leads to reduced refunds.

Serial numbers are recorded before shipping.

Final refund will be confirmed after our inspection.
