Attractive curly figure with natural chatoyance that becomes more pronounced after finishing.
Medium-density exotic hardwood.
Easy to machine, carve, turn, and sand.
Suitable for knife handles, woodturning, carving, furniture accents, and other fine woodworking projects.
Takes oil and clear finishes beautifully, enhancing the natural grain.
The wood has an approximate moisture content of 8–16% and is ready for use. We wet the wood before photographing to demonstrate how the grain and figure may appear after applying a finish.
The piece is coated with super glue before shipping to help protect the surface and minimize the risk of damage during transit.
