A lot of vintage and antique napery including 13 napkins, 15 placemats Doilies featuring traditional mixed patterns. Napkins -Made from white Damask material, some with monograms others Madeira linen with lovely hand cutwork embroidery these napkins date back to the time period of 1890-1930s.
The 15 placemats and Doilies are all hand made including a lovely set of eight Bedfordshire lepuy work amongst other very pretty handiwork. all are clean and white ready for use
perfect for adding a touch of nostalgia and elegance to any table scaping & also ideal for crafts dying etc.
Placemats and Doilies lovely white laundered condition. napkins could do with a freshen as run out of steam ! . Recently laundered ideal for projects theatre clothing.
Most of these are over 90 years old so there may be the odd break or mark etc but nothing major - any staining or marks on napkins should come out with gentle soak in oxy- So please look at all photos and ask any questions before bidding thankyou .
