Shipping Information
 
Orders will be dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment, with fast processing for most shipments ⚡ All collectibles are shipped with tracking service for full delivery visibility. We take careful measures to keep all trading cards and blind box figures safe during transit.

Shipping Origin & Transit Time

Shipments depart from our US warehouse or authorized China fulfillment facility, determined by delivery address and stock availability.

Tracking & Packaging Standard

Tracking information will be shared once orders leave our warehouse for real-time delivery monitoring. All goods use robust protective packaging to shield collectible cards:
 
• Single trading cards: Card sleeves + rigid top loaders
 
• Card bundles & sets: Bubble wrap + heavy rigid mailers
 
• Booster boxes & large collectible cases: Reinforced cartons with foam interior padding

Order Cancellation Policy

Shipments cannot be canceled once dispatched. Buyers may send cancellation requests via eBay messages within 12–24 hours after payment before items are shipped; requests will be reviewed accordingly.

Authenticity & Card Condition Standard

All inventory is sourced through officially authorized distributors. Our store only stocks officially released trading cards, figures and collectibles, excluding unlicensed copies and unauthorized reproductions.
Individual loose cards go through manual visual inspection prior to shipping. Most single cards meet Near Mint or comparable collector standards. Minor edge wear or faint printing marks are common on ungraded cards within industry acceptable ranges. Message us if you have questions about card condition before purchasing.

Sealed Merchandise Note

Factory-sealed products arrive unopened and untouched, with no secondary resealing from our team. These items fit long-term collection, professional grading and display needs.

Return & Refund Terms

Sealed products with broken or removed factory seals are not eligible for return, except for factory defects, transit damage, or items mismatched with listing descriptions. Shoppers based in the European Union hold statutory 14-day withdrawal rights for unused items with fully intact original factory packaging.
Return requests for loose single cards will be reviewed case by case. Complete unboxing video footage and clear product photos are required to submit condition-related claims. Minor printing imperfections and slight edge wear on ungraded single cards do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

Damaged / Missing Item Support

If packages arrive damaged, incomplete or defective, record full unboxing videos and take clear photos of outer packaging and contents right after delivery. All supporting materials must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation to assist with issue assessment and resolution.
