Overall very good used condition with expected play wear. The track has some expected marks & signs of use. Farm & Fire Station will need batteries. Police Station & Doctors Surgery have batteries but I can’t remove them as don’t have a small enough screwdriver to get angle right. Farm missing a little stable door
