This is a BK4 65/80 Parallel Rare card.
Manufactured in 2004. Unused.

I purchased it brand new, immediately put it in a sleep mode after opening the package, and have kept it stored in a file ever since, so I think it's in good condition. It's completely unused.
Please see the photos for more details.
However, since it is over 20 years old, please understand that there may be some initial scratches or signs of aging.
