14 mint-flavoured strips, supplied as 7 upper and lower pairs. Enamel safe, no peroxide, made for people who find ordinary whitening kits too harsh.

This ships without the retail carton

To keep the price low and the postage cheap, we take the strips and the shade guide out of the outer box and send them in a protective letterbox-friendly mailer. The product itself is brand new, factory sealed and untouched — only the display carton is removed.

You receive

  • 7 sealed sachets — 14 strips in total, one upper and one lower per sachet
  • 1 printed tooth shade guide
  • 1 information card with the full ingredient list, batch number and directions

You do not receive

  • The printed outer display box

Sachet and strip design may vary between production runs. The formula, the strip count and the length of the course are the same either way. If you need the boxed version as a gift, message us before ordering.

The difference

Why PAP instead of peroxide

Most home whitening strips rely on hydrogen or carbamide peroxide, which is what causes the zinging sensitivity people complain about. These use PAP (phthalimidoperoxycaproic acid) instead. PAP lifts surface stain by oxidising the stain molecules rather than by opening up the enamel structure, so the course is far gentler on teeth and gums.

Menthol is included for a clean mint finish, and the strips are alcohol free.

Peroxide free

PAP formula, no hydrogen or carbamide peroxide.

Enamel safe

Non-abrasive. No grit, no charcoal, no scrubbing.

For sensitive gums

A gentler option if peroxide kits have been too much.

30 minutes a day

Wear while you shower, commute or make dinner.

No trays, no lights

No moulding, no charging, no gel syringes.

Four steps

How to use the strips

1 Record your starting shadeHold the shade guide against a dry front tooth in daylight and note the number. Take a photo — this is the only reliable way to judge progress later.
2 Apply to dry teethPeel the strip off its backing and press the gel side onto dry teeth, just below the gum line. Fold the excess behind. Longer strip on top, shorter on the bottom.
3 Leave for 30 minutesOnce a day. Don't eat or drink while wearing them. Leaving them on longer will not speed anything up.
4 Remove and rinsePeel off, rinse with water, then check against the shade guide again after the seventh treatment. Repeat the course as needed.
Seven treatments, one or two weeks. There are seven pairs in the pack. Use one pair a day for a week, or space them across a fortnight on alternate days if your teeth run sensitive. Either way it is seven treatments in total.
One realistic note on timing. PAP works gradually, which is the trade-off for it being gentle. Nothing much will look different after the second treatment. Judge it against your day-one shade photo once you have finished all seven, not before.

Before you start

  • Whitening only affects natural tooth enamel. It will not change the colour of crowns, veneers, bridges, dentures or white fillings, so those may look darker or lighter than the teeth around them afterwards.
  • Not suitable for under 18s, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
  • Speak to your dentist first if you have gum disease, untreated decay, exposed roots, or extensive dental work.
  • Stop using them if you get persistent sensitivity or gum irritation.
  • External use only. Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children.
  • Store somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight.

Questions we get asked

Why is there no box?

Removing the carton lets the order go as a large letter rather than a parcel, which is a lot cheaper to post and keeps the price down. Everything that matters — the sealed strips, the shade guide and the printed ingredient and batch information — is still in the envelope.

Will these make my teeth sensitive?

PAP is the peroxide-free route precisely because peroxide is the usual cause of whitening sensitivity. Most people get on with it fine, but teeth vary, so stop if you notice discomfort.

How long until I see a difference?

It is a seven treatment course and it works gradually. Compare against your day-one shade guide photo once you have used all seven pairs, not mid-way through.

Do they work on coffee, tea and smoking stains?

They are made for everyday surface staining, which is what coffee, tea, red wine and tobacco leave behind. Deeper intrinsic discolouration, tetracycline staining or trauma-darkened teeth are a dentist job, not a strip job.

Can I use them with braces or aligners?

Not with fixed braces — the brackets shield parts of the tooth and you can end up with patches. With removable aligners, check with your orthodontist first.

Is it vegan?

The full ingredient list is above so you can check it against your own requirements.

Can I buy more than one?

Yes — multiples ship together in one envelope and a multi-buy discount is applied automatically in the basket.
