This mid-century Italian village street scene painting on board, signed by artist G. Picolli, features an impasto painting technique. We are uncertain if oil or acrylic, but our guess is acrylic since is has a flat finish. This artwork is from my sister’s estate. She acquired the painting while living in Europe during the 70’s.
