Dashboard Wiggler Slicey the Pig is a novelty item:

• It is a hard vinyl 4.5" figure. 

• It sits on a metal spring with an adhesive base. 

• Designed as a conversation piece, Slicey appears to be slicing himself in half with a carving knife. 

• When placed on a car dashboard, bumps in the road cause it to wiggle, creating a slicing motion. 

• It is based on an old French advertisement. 

This Slicey the Pig Dashboard Wiggler is new in the box, but his box has a decent amount of shelf wear and one side on top of lid is  sealed. The box has some damage in the front but item is still in box and attached to cardboard on the bottom.
