Instructions for Use
1 Unscrew the filling nozzle to its maximum extent.
2 Unscrew the cap on top of the filling nozzle.
3 Pour the liquid (refrigeration oil, fluorescent agent, leak sealant) into the filling nozzle.
4 Tighten the cap.
5 Bleed the air (rotate the bottle until refrigeration oil flows out of the hose nozzle).
6 Connect the low-pressure quick-connect fitting to the dispenser.
7 Turn the car’s air conditioning to maximum fan speed.
8 Locate the low-pressure charging port on the car’s air conditioning system and snap the quick-connect fitting into place.
9 Rotate the dispenser bottle to inject the liquid into the air conditioning system.
Instructions for the Transparent Model
1 The dispenser draws in the refrigerant oil, fluorescent agent, or leak repair agent to be added.
2. If using a small amount of fluorescent dye, it must be diluted and mixed with an appropriate amount of refrigerant oil (30–50 ml).
3. Connect the filling tube to the dispenser. (Connect the straight-end fitting; do not reverse it.)
4. Gently press the dispenser until liquid flows from the end of the filling tube. Then attach the quick-connect fitting. (This step purges air.)
5 Start the car, turn on the air conditioning in cooling mode, set the fan speed to maximum and the temperature to the lowest setting to ensure the compressor is running.
6 Snap the quick-connect fitting onto the low-pressure refrigerant charging port of the air conditioning system.
7 Slightly loosen the connection between the charging tube and the quick-connect fitting; once gas escapes, tighten it immediately. (This step is to purge air.)
8. Press the charging gun to inject the refrigerant into the air conditioning system.
9. After charging is complete, there will be residual refrigerant in the charging hose; be sure to clean it thoroughly.
10. If the refrigerant fails to flow, press the accelerator pedal to idle while charging; this requires two people to perform the operation.
