Authentic original metal seat number plate from Yankee Stadium, clearly marked “50B.”

This is a real stadium-used artifact, removed decades ago and saved by my grandfather, not a modern reproduction, replica, or souvenir.

Included is the original period newspaper clipping discussing a major baseball memorabilia auction, referencing original Yankee Stadium architectural and seating elements being sold and collected. The clipping was kept with this seat number and helps document the era when authentic stadium pieces began entering the collector market.

The seat number plate shows heavy, honest age wear: oxidation, surface rust, paint loss, and patina consistent with long-term stadium use and storage. Mounting holes are present and intact. Nothing has been cleaned, restored, or altered.

This is a true stadium relic, offered exactly as it has been preserved.
