France: 1863 envelope franked with horizontal pair of Napoleon 80c imperf (SG 67/71), with good margins all round apart from the top left corner (see scan 2). Used from Verdun-sur-Meuse 9/2/1863 to Stenay, with 'APRES LE DEPART' mark on the front (scan 3). Stenay arrival mark on the back (scans 4 & 5). Envelope with some folds clear of the stamps otherwise good condition. Stamps cat £130+ used off cover (SG 'France' 2015).
