There are currently several defects that prevent this item from being used. It also has numerous external damages, such as dents.
Please read the description carefully and understand that this item requires repair or is being sold “as is.”
Piston No. 3 feels slightly heavier than Pistons No. 1 and No. 2, and its rebound speed is occasionally slightly slower. Adding oil as a test did not improve the issue.
Pistons No. 1 and No. 2 moved quickly.
The No. 3 slide tube and the cap beneath the No. 3 valve are seized. They are quite stiff, and I was unable to remove them even by applying force.
The cap shows signs of wear, as if someone had tried to pry it open.
There are countless dents.
The rim of the bell has dents all around its 360° circumference, making it look as if it’s undulating in a wavy pattern.
On the side of the bell, there are also areas where dents are lined up in a row, giving the surface a wavy appearance.
There are also multiple dents on the No. 2 slide and on the U-shaped section that faces you when you hold the instrument. These range from small dents to deeper ones with a wider width.
There is plating peeling and rust in the areas where the plating has come off. These areas have turned blackish.
In addition, there are fine scratches, light stains, and minor dirt, and the instrument shows signs of overall wear.
A mouthpiece (YAMAHA 11C4) is included.
The case has some damage to the small storage compartment. The panel is tilted, causing the lid to sag excessively downward.
There is fabric peeling on the exterior.
