This is a museum-quality 1/28 scale wooden model kit of the ICTINEO II, widely recognized as the world’s first mechanically powered submarine with an air-independent propulsion (AIP) system.

Originally designed by Narcís Monturiol in 1867, this submarine represents a major milestone in naval engineering history.
