We will not authorize any refund for a battery related issue. As batteries are consumable items with limited life spans it is the responsibility of the purchaser to bid / buy accordingly with our battery policy in mind.

We ship via multiple national carriers based on customer location, if your region is considered a remote region or if the national carrier doesn't deliver to your region and an alternate carrier needs to be used. You may have to pay additional shipping fees to cover the cost to ship to your area. We may partner up with local delivery services that are not national carriers but deliver in specific city centers.
