Step back into the magic forest with this wonderfully nostalgic 1975 Kenner Family Tree House featuring the Tree Tots.

This clever playset opens into a colorful multi-level home complete with bedrooms, kitchen and family areas, a garage, folding staircase, working elevator and pop-up leafy canopy.

Individual Honey and Barky figures are collectible in their own right, making their inclusion a nice bonus.

The elevator works properly. The folding staircase remains intact and folds up as intended. The leafy top raises and latches closed, although the release button occasionally sticks and the handle may need a gentle pull to help the canopy lift.

Three additional figures from other vintage playsets are included as fun extras and are not original Tree Tots characters.

The original box is included and displays wonderfully alongside the tree house. It has considerable age-related wear, including creasing, surface wear, edge and corner wear, tears, punctures and previous tape or tape residue. Despite its wear, the graphics remain bright and recognizable.

Condition

Very clean vintage played-with condition overall. The elevator works, the folding staircase remains attached and intact, and the tree canopy raises and latches down. The canopy-release button sticks intermittently and the handle may need a gentle pull to assist it.

The orange lounge chair has a partially broken rail. The doghouse is missing its original cardboard interior insert depicting the dog’s bed. Expected light scratches, rubs and other signs of play and storage may be present.

The original box has heavy wear from age and storage, including tears, creases, punctures, edge wear, corner wear and tape residue. Please examine all photographs carefully for the exact condition and contents. No overwhelming or foul odors detected.

A charming survivor from the golden age of imaginative play—and it still has plenty of magic forest adventures left in it.
