Condition is fair, some rust, front scratches, worn rubber blocks, a bit wobbly in hand due to wear (maybe the blocks can be tightened to stop this). Pedals turn as they should and are true. This is for a rider bike that you don't care about "looks" or use for parts. Pictures show exactly the pair of block pedals that you will receive and are a part of the description.
