Description

This is a vintage Italian ceramic vessel designed by Aldo Londi in the 1960s.

After World War II, many distinctive ceramics were produced in small workshops throughout Italy and West Germany. While some manufacturers, such as Bitossi, continue to reproduce classic designs today, these later reissues are generally not considered collectible in the same way as original vintage pieces.

This example belongs to the Genovese series, featuring a matte black body accented with blue and green lines, a hallmark of the collection's refined mid century aesthetic.

The base is hand marked with the model number 4106D and ITALY, further supporting its vintage origin.
