This vintage postcard shows the motor vessel A.S. Glossbrenner, a massive Great Lakes freighter built by Davie Shipbuilding in Levis, Quebec in 1966. With a carrying capacity of 27,700 tons, she’s a classic example of Canadian lake shipping. Ideal for collectors of marine history, lake freighters, and vintage shipping postcards.

Standard size: 3 1/2" x 5 1/2".  

Condition is consistent with an old or antique paper postcard. It may have corner bumps, creases, edge dents, edge/corner wear, ink stains, pin holes, tape or sticker residue, pencil or pen markings, yellowing/tanning, an old smell, etc. etc. Please see pictures of front and back for the best depiction of condition.You will receive the exact item(s) shown.
