--Principle of operation: The vibration is produced by the centrifugal force of the positive and negative unbalanced moments in the rotor. The rotor is supported on two heavy-duty pre-lubricated matched sealed bearings.
--Application: The GT range of the turbine vibrator particularly suitable for use in food and pharmaceutical industries where exhaust contaminated with oil is unacceptable.
--Durable: The is a turbine vibrator made from heavy-duty extruded stove enameled aluminum section and fitted with hard coated aluminum end plates having the right and left-hand threads, these should only be removed using the correct size face spanner.
--Long Life Use: With special high-performance grease ensures long working life. The inner and outer raceway of the bearing is designed so that the bearings can easily be removed without using special tools.
--Quiet Operation: No airline lubrication is required, but clean filtered air is essential. It is extremely quiet and produces low noise levels on most of the applications, thus helping to conform to noise regulations.
