Pressure reducer use tips
1. Before installation and use, read the instruction of the pressure reducer carefully and operate it.
2. Before installation, pay attention to whether the specification of the link thread is consistent, whether the thread is damaged, and blow off the dust inside and outside the link port.
3. It is strictly forbidden to use the pressure reducer under the condition of air leakage. Check whether the pressure of the cylinder is within the specified range in time and strictly observe the regulations on the remaining pressure of the cylinder.
Instructions for use of pressure reducer
1. For first use, please unscrew the adjusting lever counterclockwise.
2. Connect the pressure reducing valve to the cylinder valve, and tighten the output input connector with a wrench. 3. Open the cylinder valve slowly until the high-pressure gauge indicates the pressure in the cylinder.
4. Turn the regulating rod clockwise to the pressure reducing valve, and slowly adjust the low pressure to express the required working pressure. (Note: adjust the maximum pressure, can not exceed 2/3 of the total range of the dial)
5. After the work, first close the cylinder valve, and then open the valve on the equipment to discharge all the gas in the pressure reducing valve, and then close the open valve on the equipment, and finally loosen the adjusting rod counterclockwise to close the pressure reducing valve.
Note: Please repeat the above steps when opening the reducing valve again.

1. After connecting with the cylinder, open the bottle valve to slowly vent the air, and do not force open the bottle valve to prevent the air pressure from being too large and breaking the pressure reducer.
2. Prohibit the use of pressure beyond the rated, such as beyond the scope of use caused by all consequences.
