Condition: New Opened Box - was given this and unwrapped it but could never get the stand to work. Stored carefully in box until I took it out to list. The stress mark on the stand is from my first round of trying to get it to work. It is only cosmetic as the stand is VERY sturdy. I did finally get the stand snapped into his back this time. He will be packaged up carefully and shipped like that in hopes it will stay together for you! Otherwise new and never displayed
