The product is a TRUE first edition trade paperback of the novel "The Scarecrow Walks At Midnight" by R.L. Stine, part of the Goosebumps book series published by Scholastic in 1994. This book has the back mail-in inserts, but does NOT include the bookmark. The pages do not have any yellowing and feel barely read.

Please note, there is some writing on the first page and a small tear on the bottom of the front cover.
