The MZ-RH1 is considered the final and ultimate model among MD Walkmans. This is the only choice if you want to convert MD content into lossless WAV data suitable for archiving (MP3 conversion involves quality loss).

This unit features a newly installed OLED display module.

During replacement, the ultra-thin internal plastic parts—which have aged over time—almost inevitably crack. While the unit functions fine without repair, I have reinforced the area with "Plarepair" to ensure structural integrity (the repair is not visible from the outside).

*If your PC has a square optical output port, you can use the included optical digital cable to record various audio sources directly from your PC to the MD.

*Basic operation checks confirmed that playback, recording, and all button functions on the main unit and remote control work correctly.

*Battery performance: Confirmed over 7 hours of continuous playback from a 1-hour charge.

**The gum-type rechargeable battery has likely degraded. I recommend purchasing a new one separately.**
