Please note: Custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, as they are made specifically to your request.

Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via DHL Express for fast and secure delivery. Shipping times and tracking details will be provided after dispatch.
• If the buyer’s address falls under a remote area (as defined by DHL), additional remote area surcharges will apply.
• Buyers will be notified of these charges before the item is shipped.
• If the buyer chooses not to pay the surcharge, the order may be cancelled and fully refunded.
